Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of data retained by the browser and returned to a website. They may serve technical functions or tracking; their purpose depends on how they are used.
2. The form’s first-party cookie
When the form is submitted, the server sets gogo-contact-origin: a random browser identifier used to limit repeated submissions. It lasts 15 minutes from creation or renewal. It is shared between Spanish and English pages on the same site. It does not contain your name, phone number, email address or IP address.
The cookie is HttpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it; it uses SameSite=Lax and is marked Secure when the connection is HTTPS. Frequency-control storage contains a hash of the identifier, its expiry and request references, not the original identifier. Expired records are cleaned up when that control runs, not through continuous scheduled deletion.
3. Scope of the control
The supplemental limit permits 10 new requests per browser in a 15-minute window; retries with the same request identifier do not consume extra slots. It does not identify individuals or provide robust network-origin protection. Clearing cookies can bypass it; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
4. Other technical connections
The website code does not add first-party advertising or analytics cookies or persist visitor preferences. Google Fonts serves typefaces from an external service. Lovable may include preview diagnostic features and hosting may use its own technical technologies; no unverified inventory of their cookies or logs is asserted.
5. Browser options
You can inspect, block or delete cookies through your browser. This may affect the form’s technical controls. There is no optional-technology preference center because no first-party advertising or analytics tools have been added. Before adding them, notice and consent requirements under applicable rules must be reviewed.
6. Changes and questions
This policy must be updated if the technologies used change. For questions, email info@gogogoia.com. Request handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
